Terms and Conditions

J. Thomas & Son Electrical Services (veteran-owned, Flathead Valley) provides the following terms for all residential electrical work.

Quotes & Pricing Written estimates are valid for 30 days. We will notify you of any price changes before starting work.

Payment Full payment is due upon job completion unless otherwise agreed. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards.

Cancellations Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a trip charge.

Warranty We provide a one-year workmanship warranty on all services. This does not cover misuse or damage caused by others.

Liability Our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided. We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions.

Permits & Codes All work is performed to current Montana electrical codes. Customer is responsible for obtaining permits unless arranged in advance.
